Tora has turned her childhood love of photography, her passion for connecting to others, and exemplary customer service skills into a successful business. Her technical training, understanding of light, use of color, and the “raw”/ “realness” of her photographs allows her to stand out the crowd.

Upon completion of her formal studies at New England School of Photography, she realized her love for Editorial Portraiture & Fashion Photography.

“I’ve come to the conclusion that I am the critical element at a photo shoot. It is my personal vision of how I view the environment, the model, and set up lighting. Doing so, I am creating the mood within my photographs. As a photographer I possess tremendous power. I can make a person appear distressed or blessed. I can praise or torment, beautify or disfigure, whatever is needed for the perfect shot. “

Although she’s regularly commissioned to create environmental portraits for a diverse and growing list of national clients, her first love is Assignment Editorial Photography.

Her clients will tell you how impressed they were by the uncomplicated manner in which she created the shots they desired. Behind the scenes of those successful photographs is a network of talented assistants, stylists, and makeup artist, depending on the clients needs.
